All orders ship from Hong Kong within 1–3 business days (holidays excluded).
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Track your package

Tracking activates within 48 h.
If it hasn’t arrived 3 days after the shipping notice, send your name + order number to sales@hym-originals-en.com

Email sales@hym-originals-en.com with photos and order number—we’ll fix it fast.
