Where we ship from
- All orders ship from Hong Kong, with delivery worldwide. You'll receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Free shipping
- We offer free shipping on most products to the United States, Canada, and much of Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam).
- In nearby Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia), free shipping is by express — approx. 1–4 business days.
- For the United States & Canada, we offer free standard shipping; a faster express option is available at checkout for an additional fee.
- For other countries (including the UK, Europe, Australia and the rest of the world), shipping is calculated and shown at checkout, with express delivery available.
Processing & delivery times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Express: approx. 2–8 business days, depending on destination.
- Standard / economy: approx. 20–40 days, depending on destination — a slower, economical option.
- The exact methods, prices and estimated delivery times for your country are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Large items
- Larger turntables (such as the HYM Root) may carry special freight rates, which are shown at checkout.
Order tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
- If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at sales@hym-originals-en.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it.
Damaged in transit (no need to return)
- If your order arrives damaged, email sales@hym-originals-en.com within 72 hours of delivery with a photo or video and your order number. See our Refund Policy for how we handle damaged items.
