Since 2017, HYM has partnered with Universal Music to release a monumental collaboration set celebrating the 30th anniversary of the legendary rock band BEYOND. This worldwide limited-edition, numbered set includes the "Best Live" vinyl album and the "Seed-BEYOND" limited edition turntable, paying tribute to the immortal rock legend of the Chinese music scene.
The Album: "Best Live" 30th Anniversary Vinyl
"Best Live" is a commemorative vinyl album created for the 30th anniversary of BEYOND's foundation. It carefully curates the soundtracks of their classic concerts held in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing, and other locations from 1986 to 1991. Featuring 10 classic masterpieces from their heyday, it perfectly restores and commemorates BEYOND's "Best Live" through the analog warmth of vinyl.
Rock Aesthetic: The "Seed-BEYOND" Turntable
The "Seed-BEYOND" co-branded turntable integrates hardcore rock elements into its design language. It features premium black leather paired with a coarse-grained metal sound mesh, boldly emblazoned with BEYOND's iconic rock gesture graphic LOGO. It is not just a high-fidelity audio device, but a must-collect artwork for every passionate music fan.
Charity & Legacy: 2018 Auction for Education
The spirit of rock is not just about rebellion, but also about love and peace. In 2018, HYM collaborated with the "Best Wishes—Commemoration of Wong Ka Kui's 25th Anniversary Concert" (convened by BEYOND member and Wong Ka Kui's younger brother, Wong Ka-keung) and the "One Foundation". A co-branded phonograph was successfully auctioned, with all proceeds contributing to music education in impoverished areas of China, ensuring their legacy of love continues to shine.
